What happens to the automatic sliding door in case of a power outage?

Our automatic sliding doors are equipped with a rechargeable emergency battery backup. In the event of a power outage, the controller automatically triggers the doors to slide open and remain open to allow safe evacuation, in compliance with building fire safety escape regulations.

How safe are these doors for children and elderly people?

They are extremely safe. We use high-precision combination sensors that monitor both motion and presence. Even if a person stands perfectly still in the middle of the doorway, the sensors detect their presence and prevent the doors from closing on them.

Can these doors be integrated with access controls like biometric scanners?

Yes, the controller supports standard dry contact signal inputs. It can easily interface with RFID readers, face recognition scanners, numeric keypads, touchless hand wave sensors, and building management systems (BMS).
